Then you can check two things:
- Look for your spam inbox. Sometimes they end up there.
- Sign in at goticket.no and download your tickets. Do not remember password, press "Forgot password".
- Enter your email address HERE and will be emailed new link. Check spam!
If you did not register during purchase and lost the ticket, you can go in link here and get a link sent. You must use the email address you purchased the ticket with. If you purchased a ticket this way, it will not be possible to search the doorman app if you forgot the ticket. That opportunity exists when registering with full name.
Then you can view the ticket via your mobile phone. You must then have email installed on your mobile, preferably the email address you registered with. Organizer can also manually redeem your ticket at the door when displaying legimitation. This takes some extra time, so the best thing is if you bring the ticket.
